Supplemental Benefit Program :: Long Term Disability

Most of us insure our lives and material assets, like our homes, cars, etc., many of us overlook the need to protect our most valuable asset -- the ability to earn a living.

Insurance claim studies indicate that the odds of becoming disabled for 90 days or longer are much greater than dying during one’s work years. When an injury or illness strikes, its effect on everyone can be enormous. From the family, to the employer who the employee turns to for help, everyone is affected.

However, an employee’s income can be protected against loss conveniently and inexpensively with a Long Term Disability Income plan.

Presently, this program is Guaranteed Issue with a minimum participation level of: the greater of 25% of all eligible employees, or 10 enrolled employees. US Life, a member of the American General Assurance Company, underwrites this plan. Both companies are AM Best rated A+.
